As a solo practitioner, serving clients in Colorado since 1996, I strive to assist my clients in meeting their unique legal objectives. My focus goes beyond simply designing and implementing estate planning and small business formation documents. Rather, I work on fostering relationships with my clients and their other professional advisors in order to educate them about the choices available to them so that they can make decisions that make sense for their unique circumstances.
In representing my clients, my mission is to provide effective legal planning – built upon a foundation of trust, respect and communication. To fulfill this mission my practice is limited to specific areas of law – estate planning, probate, and small business formation.
I continually work to:
- Define and meet my clients’ objectives by taking the time to listen to them
- Provide comprehensive, effective legal solutions based on these objectives – after ensuring that my clients understand all legal alternatives
- Build lasting relationships with my clients so that any change in their circumstance can be addressed readily
I offer flexible appointments including evenings and weekends as needed. Initial consultations are generally complimentary and I usually charge a flat fee for my services, rather than by the hour.
